- Shoes & Clothing Accessories: Must be unworn, free of marks, and tried on indoors only.
- Hats: Must be completely unworn with all hygiene labels attached.

- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service with Royal Mail or Evri.
- JoyVia is not responsible for items lost in transit during return.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
